Agent Payments Protocol

An open protocol from Google and payment partners for authorized agent-initiated payments, extending A2A and MCP. Three signed mandates (Intent, Cart, Payment) implemented as Verifiable Credentials create an undeniable trail: who authorized the action, what the agent selected, and how much was charged, addressing the questions of authorization, authenticity, and accountability.
