Agentic Authentication
Agentic authentication refers to standards for authentication and delegation for agents acting on behalf of people, applications, or organizations, developed in part within the FIDO Alliance (2026). Classic login does not settle what an autonomous agent is allowed to do between the first consent and a later action.
