OpenAI for Countries / Stargate UAE, Norway, Argentina

An OpenAI initiative that translates the "sovereign AI" doctrine into operations: building local compute infrastructure and versions of ChatGPT in cooperation with governments and partners (including G42 in the UAE and Sur Energy in Argentina). Announced in May 2025 with a plan for ten Stargate-type projects in democratic countries.
